Hours of Move-out: Sunday- 4pm until 6pm

Move-In:

Hours of move-in begins at 12pm on Friday. All booths must be constructed and ready for show opening by 4:00am SHARP. Dollies and rollers for move-in are NOT provided. Should you need any please bring them.

Move-Out:

Hours of move-out begin at 4pm. Due to liability, every attendee must be off the show floor before booths are able to begin tear down. Please keep our attendees safe, and follow this rule.

Parking:

Parking is controlled by the Blaisdell center and available at the cost is $5 each show day per vehicle.

Exhibitor Passes:

Exhibitor passes are not needed, this is a free event to the public and we work to keep our environmental impact to a minimum.

Booth Equipment:

As a green event we try to lower our carbon footprint by using as little outside equipment as possible. Booth dividers are available if needed but we encourage you to help us save the resources that would be required and design your booth in such a way that pole and drape isn’t needed.

Tables and chairs are not included in the basic booth package. If you need tables, chairs or an outdoor canopy please call us at 888-678-2008 x107

Electrical:

To order power for your booth, please call The Green Living Expo Office. We are working to secure an electrical contractor. Power will be $85 per 500 watts and paid at the event.  Power must be ordered in advance.

Security:

Security is provided throughout the day and night. Exhibitors should secure their booth on Friday night by enclosing it and not leaving valuables behind. HOWEVER, please keep track of any monies during the event, and please bring home anything of value at night. The Green Living Expo is not responsible for any lost or stolen item. Open flame is never allowed in any display. Please keep all booth decoration within your booth square footage. Per the Fire Marshall, all isle ways must be clear at all times.

Booth Identification:

A directional sign is provided in your booth. This is one 11 x 17 black and white booth locator sign. You may hang banners or Signs on the pole and drape, if you chose. We will have sign hooks available so you can easily hang banners or signs.

Food:

If you will be sampling food, they must be provided in 2oz. Size samples or smaller. For food permits please contact the Honolulu Health Department.

Event Information:

Please keep in mind we are educating on going green. The less paper you use, or the more recycled paper you use the better it is. Food Concessions are available (I.E. Coffee, Soda) throughout the day through the Blaisdell center Concession Stand.
